Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The Conrad Company, a distributor and service provider of fluid power, motion control, automation and related industrial products, has been acquired by Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners. The acquisition allows The Conrad Company to invest in its sales and technical teams, adding capabilities that address customers' evolving needs and cultivating new relationships. The Conrad company has offices in Hellam, Hanover and Springettsbury Township in York County.
