Despite a strong 16-9 win over the Saints, Rodgers believes the team is not playing as well as they could. He highlighted the need for a better performance from running back Rico Dowdle, who had 86 yards of total offense in his best game of the season. Despite signs of progress, the team's defense remains suspect and Kansas City's hot start was cooled off in a loss in Seattle. The team's next game will be against Cleveland, but their next complete performance will be their first against the Browns. The defense is improving, with several key defensive contributions from players such as linebacker Payton Wilson and line-backer Patrick Queen. The offense is also lacking a big-play threat outside of DK Metcalf.
