Connellsville man killed in motorcycle crash

A Connellsville man was killed in a Wednesday afternoon crash that left part of Route 119 in Westmoreland County shut down for two hours. A Connellsville man was killed in a Wednesday afternoon crash that left part of Route 119 in Westmoreland County shut down for two hours.

Fayette County Coroner Bob Baker said Joseph Baker Jr., 25, was traveling on a motorcycle at 3:40 p.m. when he crashed just south of the county line near Kingview Road in Bullskin. It was unclear which direction he was traveling.

Both directions of the highway between East Huntingdon and Bullskin were closed for a couple hours.

Pennsylvania State Police had not released any information as of Thursday morning.
