Elektros Inc. Salutes Moishe Mana's Historic $1.1 Billion Wynwood Sale to Ken Griffin - Paving the Way for Carnegie Mellon University's Landmark Miami Campus Elektros Inc. (OTC PINK:ELEK) has congratulated developer Moishe Mana on the approximately $1.1 billion sale of his properties in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood to billionaire Ken Griffin, founder and CEO of Citadel. The transaction, which was completed in late September, helps set the stage for Carnegie Mellon University's planned Miami campus. Approximately $2 billion of the gift will support CMU Miami, with a campus planned on more than 35 acres in Wynwood. The arrival of Carnegie Mellon could further elevate Miami as a destination for ideas and opportunity. Elektros also commended Griffin's commitment to expanding educational opportunity in Miami.
